Usage Guidelines

When using this material in a custom application its critical to prevent any light from spiling in behind the glass except for the light from the television. For best results we suggest using a black weather stripping on the back of the glass around the perimeter of the screen followed by applying black masking to the remaining glass to black out the entire opening.

Pricing

The price for cut-size-glass is determined by the square footage. To determine how much glass you will need use the following calculation:

Length and width are both in inches.

Area = (Length x Width)/144 = Number of square feet

Pricing for both the Dielectric glass and OptiClear glass are the same.

Types of Glass

We offer two types of premium grade TV mirror glass. The OptiClear glass is designed for maximum light transmission while the dielectric mirror boasts increased reflectivity (30% more reflective than our pyrolytic mirror). Please specify in the comments field during checkout with type of glass you would like.
