Frame My TV helped us out of a very difficult situation.  We had placed an order for 3 frames with a different company in February.  After a few weeks, we decided to check with them to make sure my order was going to be delivered on schedule.  We were installing them in a brand new state of the art Golf Clubhouse.  The ribbon cutting was scheduled for mid May so we knew we had enough time to get the frames shipped.  When our phone messages and email went unanswered for weeks, we decided to seek out another company.

We were so lucky to have found Kevin at Frame My TV.  He assured us that he would be able to help fulfill our order in time.  And he did just that!  From our very first conversation, we knew that Kevin would be competent and professional.  He was exactly that!   

We had a few issues along the way with the shipping company and Kevin handled the situation flawlessly.

The frames came in on time and were BEAUTIFUL!  Kevin really saved the day for us by working with us one on one and sticking to our time frame (no pun intended).  He stayed in close contact with us through the process and was completely accommodating with the changes to the order that our customer had requested. 

Since that initial order, we have installed a beautiful frame in our own showroom as well as a few more for some of our residential customers.  And at the current time, we have another order awaiting our customer’s deposit.  We always make it a point to show off our beautiful frame as well as the many corner samples we have in our design center.

FrameMyTV provide a beautiful product as well as a professional support team.  We have even gotten emails from Kevin on the weekends, which shows us that he is as dedicated to his customers as we are.  We look forward to working with Kevin and his team to bring these beautiful frames to our customers for a long time to come!
