Digital File Upload / Download Instructions

We offer two ways to upload files. You can use the simple upload tool below to send files up to 2GB without logging in or you can save files to the secure digital locker associated with your FrameMyTV.com user account. Please note that your user account is only able to accept files 100MB and smaller.

Use the following to send files up to 2GB in size.

Use the following steps to begin uploading your secure locker now:

1) Login to your FrameMyTV online account

2) On your "My Account" page, visit the secure file cabinet at the bottom of the page.

3) Navigate to the file you would like to upload and name the file. If this file is custom art for an existing order, include the Order Number in the name.

4) After you have uploaded your file, if a person you are working with at FrameMyTV is awaiting this file to complete your order please email that person or email info@framemytv.com to notify us the file has been uploaded. Otherwise, we will not have a way of knowing automatically that the file was uploaded.

Downloading Instructions:

You can easily download any files that have been uploaded to your account as well.

1) Login to your FrameMyTV online account

2) On your "My Account" page, visit the secure file cabinet at the bottom of the page.

3) Click on the name of the file you would like to download and select "Save As:" to specify a folder on your computer you would like to save to.
