- What is the width of the frame/Molding?
- All of the Alloy Collection of mouldings are all 1.5" wide. For the overall frame dimensions in each screen size, just look to the product photos and you'll see a photo with a grid showing the overall frame sizes by diagonal screen size.
- This looks really cool, BUT: what about the bottom right corner, where the IR eye is for the remote? I noticed that Samsung's add-on frames have a cut-out there. I'd be worried my remote won't work!
- Great question! We cut out part of the back of the frame so the frame will fit around this sensor. A great thing about the Samsung Frame remotes is they communicate with both Bluetooth and Infrared so it doesn't matter. You Samsung Remote would still work the same way. However, if you are using a third part universal remote other than the Samsung Remote, you'll need our optional IR-3 Infrared Relay unit. Installation
The installation process couldn't be easier. Simply connect the four corners using the provided corner keys then hook the frame onto the top edge of the TV and let go and watch as the side latches instantly click into place on your Samsung Frame TV. The entire process will take approximately 2 minutes.
