Quick assembly and easy installation

"The frame was as easy to assemble and install as advertised - though it took a little longer than two minutes: it was probably closer to four. But I won't ding any stars for that :-). Fit is almost perfect - if anything, it's a few millimeters on the large side, but that probably makes it much easier to hang. For the 75" frame, it's getting into two-person territory, though I did it solo. Packaging with very secure and thoughtfully designed; while I'd love to see less use of plastic foam, the fact that each frame type has unique dimensions probably makes that expensive."

small unpainted section on mine,

"small unpainted section on mine, but my first one came damaged, and they replaced it hassle free. i recommend a cut out or something for motion detection sensor, not some wired box you buy separately. I glued mine together, tiny cracks as magnets don't pull as tight as you'd think. But all in all very very impressed; i HOPE to win the photo contest."

Completely changed everything

"We love our Frame tv, but the frame you get from Samsung was nice just still looked like a tv. We found this site and fell in love with this. We installed this and it changed everything we thought about the tv. every person that has a Frame tv should have one of these frames on it. The sensor took some fiddled with the settings to keep the tv on in the dimmer room, but after that it has been flawless."

Beautiful frame and fantastic customer service

"I had wanted a Frame TV for years and my husband surprised me with one and ordered this frame for it. It looks fantastic! Unfortunately, we had trouble with the clips on the first one. My husband spoke to someone who was more than happy to call the owner on a weekend. Of course that was completely unnecessary, but we were so appreciative of the great customer service we received. We were offered several options for replacement since this particular frame was on back order at the time. I decided to wait because I loved this style and color so much. It seems to pull slightly warm colored depending on what is surrounding it so I think it will work with any decor. The replacement had some improvements made to the design so I wouldn’t hesitate to order again. Works perfectly now, and I don’t have any problems with the remote working either."
