- Hello, can the frame be installed if my Samsung Frame is already mounted to the wall?
- Yes, in fact you must have your TV mounted to the wall before you an install one of our frames. Our Frame just hooks onto your wall mounted TV in a matter of seconds. No tools required.
- I heard that even if you add the SRS2 the TV will not automatically adjust for brightness in art mode. is this true?
- You are correct. The SRS-2 uses an Ex-link cable that plugs directly into the One Connect box for the TV to send commands to the TV for different TV functions. In Art Mode though, ambient light adjustment is not a command that's supported by Samsungs library of commands at this time. We have been in communication with Samsung's engineers on this topic, but at this time the command has not be added to the TV's capabilities for us to communicate that setting to the TV. However, in many (but not all) instances we have in fact found that ambient light does sometimes auto-adjust based on changing light in the room, even without an SRS-2 unit.
- What are the dimensions of the frame...not overall height and width...but how many inches wide is the molding? I can't find that anywhere.

- I purchased a 2021 65” Samsung Frame TV and ordered one of your frames. Am I correct in assuming that the motion sensor on the TV that activates the art mode will continue to work? I did not see anything on your website that cautioned or indicated otherwise. Thanks.
- Thanks for asking! The motion sensing feature on the 2021 version of Samsung the Frame is different from prior years. In fact, Samsung completely disables it by default and has it buried deep in the tv menus. For the prior years, we made a module called our Smart Room Sensor, however we came to realize that almost nobody was using the motion sensor and very few people requested the SRS unit which explains why Samsung now disabled the feature by default. To answer your question, no we do not have support for the motion sensor in the 2021 frames simply because its a disabled and widely unused feature of the TV but we are working on one and expect to have it released end of 2021.
