Remote Does not work with Frame
"I really enjoy the look of this frame. Unfortunately the remote does not work well with the frame attached. I have followed the instructions to ensure the remote is in Bluetooth mode and unfortunately the remote lags really bad or simply fails to work and switches back to IR. I thought the remote may have not been fully charged but I have left it on the charger overnight and still experienced the same problems. I finally removed the frame from the TV and I no longer have the problem. The frame overall is aesthetically pleasing, it looks fantastic. It was very easy to assemble and install. I bought the deco frame “Black” for the 2022 Samsung Frame 75”"

- Is the black frame a matte finish gloss or antique ?
- I would describe it as a more matte finish. It's always a good idea to order samples though so you can see the moulding in person to get a feel for the finish and scale. [Get Sample](https://decotvframes.com/products/sample-black)
- 2022 75” frame with Tuscan gold frame. How does art mode work without deco srs2? The srs2 modules don’t work and can’t get motion detection and dark mode to work with or without the srs2 when the frame is on. We have three more frame tvs, none of which work with the frames.
- Hi there! Great question. 97% of our customers do not prefer to use the SRS-2 and instead prefer to disable Night Mode and Sleep After within the TV Art settings. This allows the artwork to stay on until turned off with the remote. Since there is absolutely no risk of image burn and hardly any power consumption in art mode, that is what we do in our facility and what I do with my personal TV as well. The SRS-2 is really only needed if you prefer to not turn the artwork off with the remote. Without the SRS-2, keeping those settings disabled makes the TV look much more like art since it will already be art when your guests walk into the room vs walking into the room to a black screen that then turns into artwork. - The Samsung remote can communicate with the TV via bluetooth through the frame.
- We have a 55 inch Samsung Frame and have a house filled with Stickley furniture. Any chance you’ll do an arts and crafts frame, maybe quarter sawn oak with a cherry stain, anytime soon?
- This would be the first such request we've had for that type of frame. If we receive a large number of requests we'll consider adding such a style, but so far we don't have any pending plans for this.
