"We love this frame and it was very easy to install; however it blocks the sensor on the television so it is difficult to operate the remote control from our cable provider. The person who installed this frame said there is usually a cut out where the sensor is located. It is frustrating for my husband since he likes watching television."

"Again, love the product. We have a frame for each of our Frame TVs and honestly every Frame TV should have one if you want to get the most out of these TVs. The standard Samsung made frames are incomparable to this product. Having one of those cheap frames is like putting plastic rims on a Bentley. This is a must have product if you have a Frame TV. Only took a star because this specifically frame (Antique White) was a little too yellow. Still great, very well made. Just wish it was slightly less yellow."
"Everything is great but didn’t even think about the sensors being blocked… you basically have to buy the SRS unit which you don’t even realize exists until you wonder why the picture on the frame tv is weird and look it up. If I were doing again would use oem or they could engineer so sensors on tv somehow still work"
