"We originally ordered the Samsung Bezel, because it was several hundred dollars less, but that's also because it's really not very nice. Luckily Samsung allowed us to return and we ordered samples from Deco which I'd highly recommend. The wood frames are beautiful and I'd probably use one with larger TV, but the alloy frame looks great on our 55inch. Makenzie at Deco was very helpful A+ customer service."

Q&A
- I have the Samsung frame from 2019 which is 49” (not 50”) will the 50” frame selected with the 2017-2020 model work for me?
- I'm sorry but a 50" Frame would NOT be compatible with a 49" TV. For the Premiere collection of frames, we do offer special made-to-order 49" compatible frames, but we do not offer that option for the Alloy collection of frames. The Alloy collection was introduced years after the 49" TV was discontinued.
- Is the alloy frame paintable?
- We have seen people paint them successfully, though we do not advise this as modifying the frames would make them non-returnable. We sadly can't make any guarantees to how the results would turn out when painted. If you do wish to paint them, we strongly suggest ordering some samples so you can paint the samples first to test this process.
- I own a 65” Sunbrite TV that I’d like to frame with a white frame. Do you make a frame that fits that TV?

- What is the difference in outside dimensions between the alloy prismatic and the alloy scoop?
- The overall dimensions of the Alloy Prismatic vs. Scoop are identical. The product pages will show the overall dimensions for each screen size in the images section of the top of the page.
- Can the frame be used with the stand?
- No, the frame can only be used with wall mounted TVs ... OR TV's on a Samsung Studio Stand. [Learn More](https://help.framemytv.com/samsung-frame-studio-stand-review) The standard table top legs that come with the TV, do no allow enough space around the TV to make room for any of our frames.
